4 Chicken thighs skin on

¼ cup olive oil

1 tbsp unsalted butter

2 sprigs rosemary

4 cloves garlic, lightly bruised

1 cup water

½ cup dried cranberries

1 tbsp honey

zest of 1 orange

juice of 1 orange

Marinade the chicken thighs with Knorr Concentrated Chicken Stock for at least 30 minutes. Overnight is the best.

In a skillet, heat up oil and butter. Add in chicken thighs, skin side down to get a good browning about 5-7 minutes. Add in garlic and flip the chicken the other side and let it cook for 5 minutes.

Add in water, Knorr Chicken Cube and rosemary. With a spoon gently spoon the oil over the chicken to baste it for 5 minutes.

Add in orange juice, honey, cranberries and let simmer for 5-7 minutes or until cooked.

Dish up and garnish with the orange zest.
