  • 4 pcs Dragon fruit
  • 2 pcs Green Kiwi, cubed
  • 4 pcs Strawberry, cubed

Nutritional tips

  • Fresh fruits are good for health as they usually low in calories, high in fibre as well as contain vitamins and minerals.
  • Vitamin C contributes to the absorption of iron from food whereby Vitamin E protects the fat in body tissues from oxidation.

Steps

1

For sauce, combine all ingredients together. Set aside.

2

Cut dragon fruit into half lengthwise. Scoop out flesh with a melon ball scoop to make mini dragon fruit balls. Keep the skin without flesh as serving “boat”.

3

Heat up oil in a frying pan and pan fry chicken, prawn and crab stick until cooked. Pour in the sauce and stir well until sauce is thickened.

4

Toss in all fruits and mix well. Scope filling into dragon fruit “boat”. Garnish and serve immediately.
