  • 250 g Spaghetti (cooked)

For the sauce:

  • 2 can Chilli tuna, drained
  • 3 stalk Ginger torch flower (bunga kantan), thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Vietnamese coriander (daun kesum), thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Mint leaves, thinly sliced
  • 2 cup Fresh pineapple, thinly sliced
  • Calamansi limes (squeeze the juice)

For topping:

  • 1 Japanese cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 200 g Pineapple, diced
  • 3 Shallot, thinly sliced
  • Mint leaves, red chilli, calamansi limes (to garnish)

Put all the ingredients for sauce in a large bowl and mix well.

Toss in spaghetti and mix well.

Top with sliced ingredients and garnishing. Serve immediately.
