For the sauce:

2 can Chilli tuna, drained

3 stalk Ginger torch flower (bunga kantan), thinly sliced

1 cup Vietnamese coriander (daun kesum), thinly sliced

1 cup Mint leaves, thinly sliced

2 cup Fresh pineapple, thinly sliced

Calamansi limes (squeeze the juice)
For topping:

1 Japanese cucumber, thinly sliced

1 cup Pineapple, diced

3 Shallot, thinly sliced

Mint leaves, red chilli, calamansi limes (to garnish)
