  • 800 g stew meat, cut into 1-inch cube
  • 3 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1 Onion, cut into wedges
  • 2 Medium carrots, cut into 2-inch cube
  • 1 Large white radish, cut into 2-inch cube
  • 3 Medium potatoes, cut into 2-inch cube
  • 2 stalks celery, cut into 2-inch diagonal
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 3 cups water
  • 4 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 3 tbsp tomato puree
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Blend ingredients (blend into paste):

  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 small carrot
  • 1 medium potato

Heat butter and oil in a pot over medium heat. Sauté beef until brown on all sides.

Add in garlic, onion, carrots, white radish, bay leaf and sauté for until fragrant.

Add in water, tomato ketchup, tomato puree, Knorr Beef Cubes, cocoa powder, salt and pepper and stir to combine. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to simmer for 20 minutes.

Add in potatoes, celery and blended paste. Cover and cook for another 15-20 minutes until potatoes are cooked and beef is tender.

Serve warm.
