4 squares Firm white Tofu

200 g Tempeh

2 cups Broccoli

1 tbsp Black Sesame Seeds, lightly toasted

1 tbsp White Sesame Seeds, lightly toasted

½ cup Tapioca flour

¼ cup Corn flour

5 tbsp Hellmann’s Roasted Sesame

Oil for deep frying

Chilli Flakes (optional)

Cut the tofu into 4 lengthwise, then cut into cubes. Gently pat dry and set aside.

Cut the tempeh into thin strips. Set aside.

Cut the broccoli into bite size florets, blanch in hot water for 1 minute, drain and toss into cool water bath to stop the cooking process.

Heat up the oil in a frying pan to medium heat. Mix the tapioca flour and corn flour together. Lightly dust the tofu and tempeh slices with the flour. Deep fry till golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

To assemble, in a bowl toss in the tofu, tempeh and broccoli, add in Hellmann’s Roasted Sesame Salad Dressing and mix well. Top with sesame before serve with warm rice.
