400 g Sirloin steak, thinly sliced

2 tbsp Corn flour

2 tbsp Oil
For sauce:

½ cup Water

3 tbsp Brown sugar

2 tbsp Reduce sodium soy sauce

1 tsp Ginger, minced

2 pips Garlic, finely minced

3 Spring onions, finely chopped

4 Tortilla wraps
-
2 tbsp Hellmann’s Smoky Caesar

¼ cup Yellow capsicum, thinly sliced

¼ cup Green capsicum, thinly sliced

¼ cup Red capsicum, thinly sliced
-
White sesame seeds
-
2 tbsp Hellmann’s Roasted Sesame

Coat beef with corn flour. Heat up oil in frying pan and pan fry beef 2-3 minutes. Dish up and set aside.

In same pan, add in water, sugar, soy sauce, ginger, garlic and stir well till combined. Next, add in the beef and stir well. Turn off heat and toss in spring onions. Dish up and set aside.

To assemble, place tortilla wraps on plate. Spread generously with the Hellman’s Smoky Caesar Salad Dressing. Place beef slices on one half of the wrap, followed by sliced vegetables and sprinkle some white sesame seeds over. Lastly drizzle Hellman’s Roasted Sesame Salad Dressing on top and fold over. Serve immediately.
