2 pcs salmon fillet, around 150 g each

2 tbsp white sesame seed

2 tbsp black sesame seed

6 tbsp Hellmann’s Roasted Sesame

150 g iceberg lettuce / Baby spinach

40 g cherry tomatoes, halved

20 g alfafa

50 g yellow capsicum, sliced

2 nos baby radish

Rub salmon fillets with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Coat evenly the surface of the fillets with sesame seeds.

Place salmon fillets with skin side down on a tray lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 12 minutes or until fish is cooked. Serve immediately with salad and Hellmann’s Roasted Sesame Dressing.
