  • 2 pcs salmon fillet, around 150 g each
  • 2 tbsp white sesame seed
  • 2 tbsp black sesame seed
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of pepper
  • 150 g iceberg lettuce / Baby spinach
  • 40 g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 20 g alfafa
  • 50 g yellow capsicum, sliced
  • 2 nos baby radish

Langkah-langkah

Rub salmon fillets with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Coat evenly the surface of the fillets with sesame seeds.

Place salmon fillets with skin side down on a tray lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 12 minutes or until fish is cooked. Serve immediately with salad and Hellmann’s Roasted Sesame Dressing.
