  • 4 pcs Chicken Thighs
  • 1 stalk Lemongrass
  • 4 pips of Garlic
  • 6 nos Shallots
  • 10 nos Bird’s eye chilli
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 1 inch Fresh turmeric
  • 1 tbsp Chilli Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
  • Salt and sugar to taste
  • 2 cups Salad leaves

Nutritional tips

Blend all marinade ingredients to a fine paste.

Coat chicken with blended paste evenly and marinate for 2 hours. Overnight will be better.

Bake chicken in pre-heat oven at 180˚C for 30 minutes or until fully cooked.

Serve with Hellmann’s Roasted Sesame Dressing and salad.
