  • 400 g Prawn, unshelled, cubed and poached
  • 120 g Roasted almond nut (unsalted)
  • 2 Avocado, cubed
  • ½ Yellow capsicum, cubed
  • ½ Red capsicum, cubed
  • 200 g Butterhead/Romaine lettuce
