  • 4 pcs Whole Chicken legs, chopped
  • 4 cups Oil for frying
  • 6 sprigs Curry leaves
  • 4 stalks Lemongrass, smashed till finely split

Mix all marinade ingredients and chicken together. Marinate chicken for 2 hours.

Mix all dipping sauce ingredients together and set aside.

Heat up ½ tbsp oil in a wok, fry lemongrass and curry leaves till crispy and fragrant. Dish up and set aside.

Heat up the remaining oil in a wok and fry chicken in batches till golden brown.

Dish out and garnish with lemongrass and curry leaves crisp. Serve with turmeric mayo dipping sauce.
