4 cup broccoli (bite size florets), blanched and set aside
1 ripe avocado, sliced
8 Radishes, sliced
1 cup cherry tomato, halved
Chilli flakes (optional)
In a frying pan, heat up oil and fry garlic and ginger till aromatic. Add prawns and stir for 2-3 minutes till the prawns curl up and turn pink. Add honey, salt, pepper and sesame seeds. Give it a good mix and remove from heat.
To assemble rice bowl, divide the rice into 4 bowls and arrange the prawns and the other vegetables creatively. Drizzle Hellmann’s Smoky Thousand Island dressings generously.
