200 g Chicken meat, cubed

100 g Crab stick, shredded

8 pcs Prawns, skinned with tail intact

4 pcs Dragon fruit

2 pcs Green Kiwi, cubed

4 pcs Strawberry, cubed

2 tbsp Cooking oil

Mint leaves for garnishing
For sauce

100 ml Water
-
2 tbsp Brown Sugar

1 tbsp Lime juice

½ tbsp Corn Starch

For sauce, combine all ingredients together. Set aside.

Cut dragon fruit into half lengthwise. Scoop out flesh with a melon ball scoop to make mini dragon fruit balls. Keep the skin without flesh as serving “boat”.

Heat up oil in a frying pan and pan fry chicken, prawn and crab stick until cooked. Pour in the sauce and stir well until sauce is thickened.

Toss in all fruits and mix well. Scope filling into dragon fruit “boat”. Garnish and serve immediately.
