12 Large prawns, peeled and deveined

2 tbsp Hellmann’s Roasted Sesame

½ tsp White pepper

30 g Bread crumbs

30 g White sesame

20 g Black sesame

50 g Flour

1 Egg, beaten

Oil for deep frying
For dipping sauce:

6 tbsp Hellmann’s Roasted Sesame

1 tbsp Olive oil
-
1 tsp Grated ginger

Marinate prawns with Hellmann’s Roasted Sesame and pepper for 30 minutes.

For the dipping sauce, mix all ingredients until well combined. Set aside.

In a bowl, mix bread crumbs, white and black sesame together.

Coat the prawns with flour, followed by egg and bread crumbs mixture.

Heat up oil in frying pan and deep fry prawns until golden brown. Drain and place onto serving plate. Serve with dipping sauce.
