Ready to eat gua bao, steamed
g Carrot, shredded
g Spring onion, thinly slice
tbsp Toasted sesame
A bunch of lettuce
Marinate the chicken with Hellmann’s Roasted Sesame, hoisin sauce, thick soy sauce and soy sauce for 30 minutes.
Bake chicken in a preheated oven at 180˚C for 20 minutes. Set aside to cool and slice.
To assemble, placed vegetables on half of the gua bao, followed by grilled sesame chicken slices and Hellmann’s Roasted Sesame. Sprinkle some sesame on top before serving.
