400 g Lean beef, cut into thin strips

1 Medium onion, finely chopped

1 inch Ginger, grated

1 pip Garlic, finely chopped

1 stalk Lemon grass, lightly bruised

1 tbsp Kicap lemak manis

¼ cup Water

2 tbsp Oil

Salt and pepper to taste

A dash of chilli flakes
For the Wraps

1 Butterhead lettuce, leaves separated

Medium Red capsicum, cut into thin strips

Medium Yellow capsicum, cut into thin strips

Few sprigs Scallions, julienned

In a frying pan, heat up oil to medium heat. Add in onion, garlic, ginger and lemon grass and fry until aromatic. Add in beef strips and stir fry for 3-5 minutes.

Add in kicap lemak manis, salt, pepper and the chilli flakes. Add in water and let simmer for 1-2 minutes. Dish up and leave to cool.

To assemble, put a few slices of the beef on the lettuce leaves, top it up with red and yellow capsicums, sprinkle some scallions and drizzle Hellmann’s Smoky Caesar Salad Dressing on top.

Serve immediately.
