Boil water in a pot and remove from heat. Place Lipton Green Teabag and ginger into hot water and steep for 30 minutes. Remove teabags.
To make the lemongrass syrup, combine all ingredients together and simmer for 10 minutes.
Fill glass with ice, pour in ginger green tea and syrup. Garnish with lemongrass stalk and mint leave before serve.
