Crispy Honey Peach Prawns
- 600 g Prawns, deveined with tail intact
- ½ Knorr Kiub Pati Ikan Bilis
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 6 tbsp Corn flour
- Oil for deep frying
- 60 g Canned peach, cubed
- 2 springs Coriander, chopped
- 100 g Canned peach, drained and finely blended
- ½ Knorr Kiub Pati Ikan Bilis
- 2 tbsp Ginger, minced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 cup Water
- Peach and cucumber slices

Marinate prawns with Knorr Anchovies Cube and sesame oil for 10 minutes. Coat prawns with corn flour.

Heat up oil in a frying pan and deep fry prawns until golden browned. Dish up and set aside.

Heat up 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan, sauté ginger and garlic until fragrant. Add in Knorr Anchovies Cube, peach, honey, vinegar and water. Stir until well combined.

Toss in prawns, peach cubes, coriander leaves and stir well. Garnish and serve immediately.
