Fish Maw & Chicken Soup
- 2 nos Knorr Kiub Pati Ayam
- 6 pcs (450g) Chicken drumsticks
- 100 g Fish maw, soak to rehydrate
- 100 g Fish maw, soak to rehydrate
- 50 g Dried shitake mushrooms soak to rehydrate
- 30 g Red dates, pitted
- 20 g White fungus, soak to rehydrate
- 20 g Goji berries
- 1.5 L Water
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp White pepper
- ½ tbsp Oyster sauce
- Coriander leaves for garnishing

Marinate chicken with salt, pepper and oyster sauce for 30 minutes.

Gently squeeze the extra water from mushroom, fish maw and white fungus.

Place marinated chicken and the rest of ingredients into a large double boiler. Double boil for 3 hours. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
