

Homemade Kimchi Capsicum Pancake

- 70 g Kimchi, cut into smaller pieces
- 40 g Yellow capsicum, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp Spring onions, chopped
- 45 g Plain flour
- 45 g Potato starch
- 2 tsp Knorr Kiub Pati Ikan Bilis
- ¼ tsp Baking soda
- 2 tbsp Kimchi juice from kimchi
- 90 ml Cold sparkling water
- 2 tbsp Cooking oil
- Spring onion and red chilli for garnishing

Langkah-langkah

In a bowl, mix all dry ingredients together. Pour in sparkling water and kimchi juice. Mix well.

Heat up oil in frying pan, pour in flour mixture and spread it out evenly. Pan fry for 2 minutes

Add in kimchi, capsicum and spring onion. Cook for a further 1 minute.

Flip the pancake over and cook for a further 2-3 minutes.
