Quinoa Edamame Salad
- 200 g quinoa
- 80 g edamame, boiled and seeds removed from pods
- 8 tbsp Hellmann’s Roasted Sesame
- ½ tsp chilli flakes
- 6 cherry tomatoes, diced
- 1 pcs seaweed big sheet, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, thinly sliced
- ¼ purple cabbage, thinly sliced
- 4 baby radish, thinly sliced

In a pot, cook quinoa according to the package instructions.

In a bowl, add in quinoa, carrots, edamame, tomatoes, purple cabbage, baby radish and mix well. Top with seaweed.

To make spicy sesame dressing, mix together the Hellmann’s Roasted Sesame dressing and chili flakes.

Before serving, pour the spicy sesame dressing over the salad.
