Resipi Authentic Anchovies Salad
- 3 tbsp Hellmann’s Roasted Sesame
- 150 g Anchovies (Ikan bilis), fried till crispy
- 100 g Peanuts, skinned and fry till crunchy
- 6 nos Shallots, thinly sliced
- 3 nos Red bird’s eye chilli, sliced
- 3 nos Green bird’s eye chilli, sliced
- 1 stalk Ginger torch flower, thinly sliced
- 1 no Medium tomato, deseeded and diced
- 2 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- Sugar to taste
- Coriander leaves and limes for garnishing

Combine Hellmann’s Roasted Sesame Dressing, shallots, chillies and vinegar together. Season with sugar and set aside.

To assemble, mix anchovies with peanuts, tomato, ginger torch flower and salad dressing. Mix till well combined.

Garnish with coriander leaves and lime slices.
