Resipi Ayam Percik Caesar Salad
Refreshing Salad with Ayam Percik topped with creamy Hellmann's Smoky Caesar dressing. Perfect for lunch or a light dinner.
- 20 g garlic, blended
- 20 g dried chilis, blended
- 2 pcs candle nuts, blended
- 10 g ginger, blended
- 100 g shallots, blended
- 5 g tumeric, blended
- 60 ml oil
- 2 pcs lemon grass, crushed
- 1 tsp gula melaka
- 1 tsp salt
- 50 ml water
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 300 coconut milk / plain yogurt
- 4 pcs chicken breast
- 2 tbsp oil
- 6 tbsp Hellmann’s Smoky Caesar
- 1 yellow capsicum, grilled and sliced
- 1 Red capsicum, grilled and sliced
- Salad leaves
- Bean salad
- a handful of garlic croutons

To make the sauce, sauté the blended ingredients till fragrant with lemon grass and add in water, tomato sauce, coconut milk, salt and gula melaka. Cook till the sauce thickens.

Add in chicken and mix well. Marinate the chicken for 2 hours

Heat up oil in a frying pan, pan grill the chicken until fully cooked and cut into smaller pieces.

Serve with Hellmann’s Smoky Caesar and salads.
Tips nutrisi
Use natural yoghurt instead of coconut milk in the recipe. Yoghurt contains more nutrients such as calcium; and less saturated fat as compared to coconut milk. To increase your protein intake, add poached eggs and beans to the salad.
