Resipi Hellmann’s Crispy Calamari Salad
Crispy Calamari combined with salad leaves, dressing in Hellmann's Smoky Thousand Island Salad Dressing. it is refreshing and unique!
- 500 g Calamari (squid)
- 3 cups Mixed salad leave
- ¾ cup Tapioca flour
- ¼ cup Corn flour
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 Lemon, cut into wedges
- Pinch of Salt
- Pinch of Pepper
- Pinch of Paprika
- Hellmann’s Smoky Thousand Island
- Oil for deep frying

Clean the calamari and remove the tentacles. Cut into ½ inch rings. Set aside to drain.

In a separate bowl, mix together the flours, salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder.

Heat up oil to medium heat, dredge the calamari rings in seasoned flour and toss evenly to coat.

Fry calamari rings in batches until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.

To assemble, plate salad leaves on a serving plate, pile the fried calamari on top of the salad and drizzle generously with Hellmann’s Smoky Thousand Island Salad Dressing.

Serve with lemon wedges.
