Resipi Hellmann’s Daging Masak Kicap Manis Lettuce Wraps
This Hellmann’s Daging Masak Kicap Manis Lettuce Wraps is so simple to prepare. You probably have all the ingredients in your kitchen!
- 400 g Lean beef, cut into thin strips
- 1 Medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 inch Ginger, grated
- 1 pip Garlic, finely chopped
- 1 stalk Lemon grass, lightly bruised
- 1 tbsp Kicap lemak manis
- ¼ cup Water
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- A dash of chilli flakes
- Hellmann’s Smoky Caesar
- 1 Butterhead lettuce, leaves separated
- Medium Red capsicum, cut into thin strips
- Medium Yellow capsicum, cut into thin strips
- Few sprigs Scallions, julienned

In a frying pan, heat up oil to medium heat. Add in onion, garlic, ginger and lemon grass and fry until aromatic. Add in beef strips and stir fry for 3-5 minutes.

Add in kicap lemak manis, salt, pepper and the chilli flakes. Add in water and let simmer for 1-2 minutes. Dish up and leave to cool.

To assemble, put a few slices of the beef on the lettuce leaves, top it up with red and yellow capsicums, sprinkle some scallions and drizzle Hellmann’s Smoky Caesar Salad Dressing on top.
