Resipi Spinach Mushroom Quiche
A simple, easy to make quiche that is loaded up with delicious spinach and mushrooms! The filling is soft, creamy and cheesy. Perfect for family!
  • 150 g wheat flour
  • 50 g unsalted butter, cut into cubes
  • 40 g ice cold water
  • 2 nos egg
  • ½ cup milk / low fat milk
  • ¼ cup cooking cream
  • 1½ cup brown button mushroom
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 2 tbsp feta cheese
  • ⅓ cup cheddar cheese
  • 2 tsp garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ Knorr Kiub Pati Ayam
  • ¼ tsp Knorr Penambah Perisa Semua Dalam Satu
  • Dill for garnishing

Langkah-langkah

  1. To make pie crust, combine wheat flour and butter cubes using your fingertips until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Add in ice water in batches and knead until a soft dough is formed. Wrap and chill for 30 minutes.

  2. Lightly grease the baking tray. Roll out the dough and put it on the tray, use a fork to gently prick the dough. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 12 minutes.

  3. To prepare filling, in a mixing bowl whisk egg, milk, cream, Knorr Concentrated Chicken Stock, Knorr Pasti Sedap, black pepper and garlic until well combined. Add in the mushrooms, spinach and cheese. Mix well and pour into cooked crust.

  4. Bake quiche in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes until the custard is just set.
