Sweet Corn & Peanut Braised Chicken
- 450 g Village Chicken, cut into pieces and blanched
- 2 pcs Corn, cut into small segments
- 60 g Raw Peanut
- 4 cloves Garlic, lightly bruised
- 1 inch Ginger
- 2 stalks Spring Onion
- 2 cloves Star anise
- 2 tbsp Cooking oil
- 1 Knorr Kiub Pati Ayam
- 3 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
- 1 cup Water
- Pepper to taste
- Chopped spring onions and coriander leaves
Langkah-langkah

Heat up oil in a pot, add in sugar and stir fry until golden brown. Add in chicken and stir fry for 3-5 minutes on low heat.

Add in peanuts, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, water, ginger, garlic and spring onion. Simmer for 15 minutes.

Add in corn, star anise and Knorr Chicken Cube. Stir well and simmer for another 20 minutes. Season with pepper and garnish. Serve hot.
