Three Treasures Lettuce Cups
Here's a little fortune dish to start the new year! Try out this Three Treasures Lettuce Cups that are delicious and great to serve for large crowds.
- 400 g Prawn, unshelled, cubed and poached
- 120 g Roasted almond nut (unsalted)
- 2 Avocado, cubed
- ½ Yellow capsicum, cubed
- ½ Red capsicum, cubed
- 200 g Butterhead/Romaine lettuce
- ½ Knorr Kiub Pati Ayam
- 2 tbsp Hot water
- 3 tbsp Lady's Choice Mayonis Sebenar
- 2 Passion fruit pulp
- 1 Red Onion, finely chopped

For sauce, mix all ingredients until well combined. Set aside.

Place all ingredients except lettuce in a large bowl. Pour in sauce and mix well.

Arrange lettuce leaves on plate and spoon filling onto the lettuce. Ready to be served.
