Resipi Easy Seafood Stew
- 1 Large onion, cut into wedges
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 sprigs thyme
- 2 cups orange sweet potato, cut into wedges
- 1 cup baby corn, sliced diagonally
- 1 cup leeks, sliced diagonally
- 2 Tomato, chopped
- 400 g fish fillets (red snapper or seabass), cut into 2-inch pieces
- 400 g prawns, shelled with tail intact
- 300 g squid, cut into ½ inch rings
- 200 g clams (optional)
- 1 Knorr Kiub Pati Ikan Bilis
- 3 tbsp oil
- 2 cups water
- 3 tbsp tomato puree
- 1 cup low fat cooking cream
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 cup orange sweet potato cut into small pieces and blend to a fine paste
Langkah-langkah

Heat olive oil in a saucepan. Add in onions and sauté until fragrant. Add in garlic, tomato puree, water, sweet potato paste and thyme. Simmer for 10 minutes with constant stirring. Add a little water if mixture thickens.

Add in sweet potato and simmer for 3 minutes. Add in baby corn, leeks and Knorr Ikan Bilis Cube. Stir well and simmer for 1 minute

Add in fish and prawns, cook for 1 minute. Then, add in squid and clams (optional) simmer for 2 minutes.

Pour in the cream, stir well and season with salt and black pepper.

Serve with baguette or butter rice.
