Resipi Grilled Fish Mango Nachos
Beautiful and delicious Grilled Fish Mango Nachos, made with tortilla chips, fresh mango, avocado and tomatoes, served with Hellmann's Smoky Thousand Island.
- 150 g mango, diced
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp coriander, chopped
- 300 g snapper fish fillet, cut into 1cm slices
- ½ tbsp oil
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp paprika
- 1 Avocado, sliced
- 7 nos cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ¾ cup Hellmann’s Smoky Thousand Island
- 150 gr Tortilla chips

In a mixing bowl, mix well the mangoes, avocados, tomatoes with lime juice, coriander and a dash of salt. Set aside.

Rub fish with oil, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper.

Bake fish in pre-heated oven at 180°C for 8 – 10 minutes or until cooked.

To assemble, arrange the tortilla chips on a large plate. Drain off any excess liquid from the mixed salad and place it over the top of the tortilla chips.

Serve the nachos with some Hellmann’s Smoky Thousand Island dressing and enjoy.
