Resipi Refreshing Salmon and Peach Salad

  • A dash of dill
  • A dash of salt and pepper
  • 3 Peaches/Nectarines, quartered
  • 5 Cherry tomato, halved
  • 40 g Blueberry
  • 1 Red onion, cut into rings
  • 250 g Mix salad
  • 30 g Almond slivers, toasted
  • 6 tbsp Hellmann’s Smoky Thousand Island

  1. Season the salmon with dill, salt, and pepper. Squeeze the lemon juice over the salmon and bake in preheat oven at 180 °C for 5 – 7 minutes. Lightly press the salmon with a fork to separate it and set aside.

  2. Heat up frying pan and pan grill peaches on both sides.

  3. To assemble, toss in cherry tomatoes, blueberries, onion rings, almond slivers, and peaches into the mixed salad. Place salmon on top and drizzle Hellmann’s Smoky Thousand Island Salad Dressing. Ready to be served.
