

Resipi Tandoori Fish Mango Salad

- 2 tbsp Tandoori garam masala spices
- 2 tbsp Plain yoghurt
- 1 tbsp Chilli powder
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Water
- 2 halves Barramundi Fillet
- ½ no Japanese cucumber
- ½ cup Coriander leaves
- ½ cup Mint Leaves
- 250 g Mixed salad greens
- 40 g Cashew nuts, unsalted, toasted
- 1 no Mango, cut into thin slices
- 6 tbsp Hellmann’s Smoky Caesar
- 2 Limes, halved

In a bowl, mix first five ingredients together. Spread the mixture over the barramundi fillet and let to marinate for 1 hour.

Bake fish in preheated oven at 170°C for 10 minutes.

For the salad combine all ingredients together and place fish over salad.

Drizzle Hellmann’s Smoky Caesar dressing over salad. Serve lime at the side of salad to be squeezed just before eating.
